In a nutshell Was a Sanskrit professor and, along with her brothers, one of the earliest and closest disciples of Baba Muktananda. She served as his assistant and secretary for many years. She wrote the earliest essays on Baba's Siddha Yoga, kundalini and shaktipat, and thereby gave a form to Baba's teachings. She was the chronicler of Siddha Yoga and the editor of the important Gurudev-Vani annual magazine. She was a mentor to the Western devotees who arrived after 1970.
Publications Swami Muktananda Paramahamsa (a biography of Baba Muktananda), numerous articles and editor of the Gurudev-Vani ashram publication from 1965-1983.
