The lineage

The yogis of Bhagavan Nityananda’s tradition provide a rich and varied tapestry. The diversity of the lineage demonstrates its vitality. Some of those listed below are orthodox, some are innovative. Some are traditional, some are modern. Some are conservative, some are controversial. There are jnanis and bhaktas, karma yogis and raja yogis. Some are scholars, some may be rogues. Some follow Advaita Vedanta, some follow Kashmir Shaivism. No single practice or doctrine can define them, but they are all born from the same seed: the Shakti of Bhagavan Nityananda.
